Wine-fried Cx. Phellodendri Jiu Chao Huang Bai 9-21g Drains Damp-Heat especially from the Lower Jiao, drains Kidney Fire and treats Blood Stagnation with Heat.
With Cang Zhu, eliminates Dampness and clears Heat for Lower Jiao Damp-Heat with pain, swelling and weakness in the lower limbs.
Rz. Atractylodis Cang Zhu 9-21g Strongly dries Dampness, tonifies the Spleen and clears Dampness from the Lower Jiao.
With Chuan Xiong, Bai Zhi and Qiang Huo, for Exterior Wind-Cold-Dampness.
With Huang Bai, for pain, swelling, and weakness of the lower extremities or skin lesions due to Wind-Dampness.
Rz. Arisaematis Preparata Zhi Tian Nan Xing 9-31g Dries Dampness and expels Phlegm.
With Cang Zhu, for Wind-Damp painful obstruction.
Dry-fried Massa Medicata Fermentata Chao Shen Qu 9g Reduces Food Stagnation, promotes digestion, moves Qi and harmonizes the Stomach.
Rz. Chuanxiong Chuan Xiong 9g Activates the Blood, promotes the movement of Qi, expels Wind and alleviates pain.
With Gui Zhi, expels Wind-Dampness, warms the channels and collaterals, facilitates joint movement and relieves Bi pain for joint and limb pain due to an External Wind-Cold invasion.

With Qiang Huo, Gui Zhi and Chuan Xiong, for muscle aches and pains due to Wind-Dampness.

With Chuan Xiong, for headaches and generalized body aches and pains associated with the common cold or painful obstruction.

Flos Carthami Hong Hua 3-6g Activates the Blood, dispels Blood Stasis, opens the channels, unblocks menstruation and alleviates pain.
